The Utah State Bar CLE Committee is committed to ensuring that all CLE programs are accompanied by the highest quality materials possible. These materials must be substantive and on point for the program in question. Speakers are asked to provide the materials no later than 10 business days prior to the event. (Annual conventions or other specialized programs may require that the materials be provided further in advance of the event.)

Speakers are welcome and encouraged to use PowerPoint or other presentation technology as a supplement to the provided materials.

CLE seminar materials will be provided to all registrants in advance of the seminar. At the direction of the CLE department, CLE materials can be provided in paper, portable media such as thumb drives or optical disks, or by website.

Speakers that are providing materials from other published sources are assumed to have vetted and cleared the use of these materials with the original publisher and assumes all risks relating to copywrite.
